& What to Expect

We work hard to make hay deliveries as smooth and reliable as possible for every farm we serve. As our delivery routes continue to grow, we’ve put a system in place that helps us stay efficient while keeping expectations clear.

Delivery Timeframes

At this time, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
Instead, deliveries are scheduled within one of the following windows:

  • Morning delivery

  • Afternoon delivery

This allows us to account for loading schedules, traffic, weather, farm access, and route adjustments throughout the day.

How will you know when your delivery is coming?

When your delivery is scheduled, we will let you know whether it is planned for the morning or afternoon. If you have questions leading up to your delivery day, you’re always welcome to reach out.

Do I Need to Be Present?

You do not need to be present for delivery, as long as:

  • Gates are unlocked or accessible

  • The drop location is clearly marked

  • The area is safe, cleared, and reachable for our truck to access

Can I Request a Specific Time?

While we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, we understand that certain situations may require extra coordination. We’ll always do our best to accommodate special circumstances when possible.

Special Instructions or Farm Access

If your farm has any of these things listed below

Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

  • Locked gates

  • Livestock that needs to be secured

  • Narrow lanes or soft ground

  • Specific drop locations
